About Rachel 

Rachel grew up outside of Raleigh, NC and moved to Wilmington to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  She has lived inWilmington for 11 years and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Cameron School of Business.  After working for an advertising firm for a while, her love of Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach led her to pursue a career in real estate. 

Rachel joined Intracoastal Realty and Debbie Mitchell’s team as a buyer’s agent in the fall of 2004.  She feels very privileged to have the opportunity to work with one of the leading agents in the area which has been a great learning experience as well as brought her extensive knowledge about Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach real estate.  Rachel has helped many buyers in the area find a home whether it be a primary residence, second home, or investment property.  She works diligently for her buyers to ensure that they receive the best service available and is committed to giving you the quality personal attention that you deserve.
